São Pedro de Sintra Housing

This proposal refers to a masterplan for 3 new homes on a existent urban plot in São Pedro de Sintra. The scheme offers new build family houses as well as exterior private spaces for the use of the new residents. This project required a sensitive design approach as well as a façade design strategy in order to create a state-of-the-art urban development, as requested by our Client. The project involved an extensive consultation with both the Client and Sintra Council in order to maintain the current legislation and site requirements.
