Caxias Flat
Our client requested us to instil an image of contemporaneity on this 1980´s social building block. Its obsolete fragmented typology presented a series of small rooms, some devoid of natural light, storage, and an impractical living room. The intervention aimed to erase these faults and to clarify the use of the available corridor surface: a gently curved wall was extended, defining the limit between the social areas and the different private rooms.
