Mem Martins Housing

This proposal is for 10 new homes on a existent urban plot in Mem Martins, Sintra. The scheme offers new build family houses as well as exterior private spaces for the use of the new residents. This project required a sensitive design approach as well as a conceptual façade strategy in order to create a state-of-the-art urban development, as requested by our Client. The project involved an extensive consultation with both the Client and Sintra Council in order to maintain the current masterplan.
